The 2011 Economic Forum and the Sixth Session of the Governing Council of the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) titled "20 Years of Regional Economic Cooperation and Integration in Central Asia: Successes, Challenges and Perspectives" was held in Ashgabat on 10-11 November.
On 2 November, SRSG Jenča took part in the Istanbul Conference for Afghanistan organized by Turkey and Afghanistan with а strong support of the United Nations.
