On 13-14 June, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Head of the Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA), Miroslav Jenča, visited Kabul to attend the Heart of Asia Ministerial Conference. The conference was the first follow-up ministerial meeting of the Istanbul Process.
