On 14 May, at the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Head of UNRCCA, Petko Draganov attended a scientific-practical conference “Policy of the Neutrality of Turkmenistan: the Basis of Fruitful and Friendly Cooperation in the Region” organized in the framework of celebrations of the 20th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. The conference was held at the pedagogical institute after Seitnazar Seidi in Turkmenabad and organized by the Lebap regional administration, representative office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Pedagogical Institute.
