On June 27, Special Representative of the UN Secretary General for Central Asia and Head of UNRCCA Petko Draganov briefed the UN Security Council on peace and security developments in Central Asia over the past six months.
On 14 June, UNRCCA hosted a Mini-Dublin Group (informal co-ordination group of like-minded countries on the fight against illicit drugs) meeting in Ashgabat. This was the fifth mini-Dublin Group meeting hosted by the Centre and chaired by the Italian Embassy in Ashgabat.
