Ashgabat, December 7, 2017: On 7 December 2017, on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality and the 10th anniversary of the UN Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia, a brain-ring was held between the students of the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the International University of Humanities.

Students competed on the subject “Neutrality and Preventive Diplomacy", organized by UNRCCA jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The brain-ring generated great interest among students who displayed a high level of knowledge and analytical thinking.

The "Thunders Tide" team of the Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan won the competition and was awarded a certificate of UNRCCA by Ms. Natalia Gherman, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General.
