As an outcome of the international conference “Neutrality and Preventive Diplomacy: Basis for Peace and Security” devoted to the 5th anniversary of the United Nations Regional Centre for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia (UNRCCA), the Centre has published a leaflet to outline the Conference framework  and outputs.  
 
The international conference has taken place in Ashgabat on 11 December 2012 and was co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the UNRCCA. The conference was attended by the President of Turkmenistan, H.E. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and other high-level officials and guests.

This leaflet is expected to be of interest to diplomats, state officials, academic circles and political analysts of Central Asian states and the international expert community.
