ALMATY, Kazakhstan

On 9 December the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Head of the UNRCCA Ambassador Miroslav Jenca delivered the UN Secretary General's message to the participants of the 8th Review Meeting of the Memorandum of Understanding on Subregional Drug Control Cooperation in Central Asia (CARICC) in Almaty, Kazakhstan and also attended the inauguration ceremony of the CARICC building.
